  yourDictionary.com is a portal to more than 1800 dictionaries in 250 languages.
• Lin Yutang's Chinese-English Dictionary of Modern Usage
  A Chinese-English dictionary at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
• Jim Breen's WWWJDIC Japanese-English Dictionary Server
  A popular Japanese-English dictionary server with links to many other related sites.
• Korean Online Dictionaries
  Offers both English to Korean and Korean to English dictionaries.
• CJKV-English Dictionary
  A database of CJK characters and compounds related to East Asian Cultural, Political, and Intellectual History.

Note: You may need software that allows reading Chinese/Korean/Japanese characters for these web sites.
