Outreach
The Center for East Asian Studies, a Title VI-funded NRC, conducts extensive outreach activities that include faculty and graduate student brown bag lectures, guest lectures, cultural performances, films, art exhibits, academic conferences and symposiums, and K-16 teacher training workshops related to China, Japan, and Korea. Our guest lecture series are frequently on current events topics of interest to the general public, and our films and cultural performances are heavily attended by the local community.
